This cowboy-style cross-draw horizontal carrying knife features a full tang construction, measuring 7" in total length. The knife is loaded with a 3" blade and a 2-1/2" razor-sharp cutting edge.
The blade of this gentleman's knife is hand-made using Knives Ranch's exclusive Damascus steel, which is hammer-forged in 240 layers using AISI-5160 high-carbon spring steel and AISI-4340 chromium molybdenum alloy steel. The 1/8" thick blade is designed as a drop point for better performance during everyday cutting operations, as well as for hunting tasks such as skinning and deboning.
The ergonomically crafted 4" handle is built with cattle shin bone, providing a smooth grip and an exotic feel. The 2mm thick brown micarta fiber is lined under the bone scales, adding extra strength and an aesthetic finish. A finger groove is included in the knife design, allowing for a sturdy grip and preventing slippage during skinning.
The knife comes with a high-quality pancake-style cowhide leather sheath. The double-loop system ensures that the sheath carrying the knife will not wiggle around the belt.
